Privacy

We collect as little as we can, and we never sell it.

What we keep

• Your account: your email address and the name you choose. If you sign in with Google, we also keep Google's account ID so you can sign in again.
• What you post: comments, ratings, saved videos and testimonies you share.
• Prayer requests: what you write, plus your name and email if you give them. Only our prayer team sees them.
• Weekly email: your address, until you unsubscribe.

The Encourager

Messages you send to the Encourager go to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write a reply. We don't save the conversation on our servers. It stays in your browser until you start over.

Cookies and videos

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising trackers. Videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced player only when you tap play, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies once they play.

Deleting your information

You can delete your account from your account page. To remove a prayer request or anything else, email hello@byhisstripes.org.
