Archbishop Benson Idahosa shared an account concerning his wife following a severe fall that, according to his testimony, resulted in fractures involving nine neck bones and a serious spinal cord injury.

He said she was taken to Estuary Hospital, where doctors examined her and reportedly concluded that her spinal cord had been severely damaged. According to Idahosa, doctors expressed doubt that she would ever return to normal life and were reportedly surprised that she was still breathing and able to speak.

Idahosa said he prayed for her and laid hands on her. He later described her standing despite the severity of the reported injury.
