I have shared my journey with depression for a while now. Recently, however, the Holy Spirit has been prompting me to share another part of my story: Life After Depression.
Having lived with depression for over 20 years, I thought that when the Lord delivered me from it, the battle would be over. Little did I know that a new journey was about to begin.
My new challenge became figuring out how to do life again - how to navigate life, embrace everyday experiences, and learn to live like a person who was no longer defined by depression.
Four years later, I am still here, still learning, still figuring it out, and above all, still experiencing God's grace.
